1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in Rhapsody Hoops basketball academy programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll in our programs.

2. Enrollment and Registration

All participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate information. Registration is subject to availability and approval by Rhapsody Hoops staff.

3. Payment Terms

Program fees must be paid in full before the start of the program unless otherwise arranged. Refund policies vary by program and will be communicated during registration.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards coaches, staff, and fellow athletes. Violation of our code of conduct may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

5. Health and Safety

Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely. Rhapsody Hoops maintains appropriate insurance but participants are encouraged to maintain their own health and accident insurance.

6. Liability Waiver

Basketball is a physical activity that carries inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold Rhapsody Hoops harmless for injuries sustained during normal program activities.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, curricula, and methodologies are the intellectual property of Rhapsody Hoops and may not be reproduced without permission.
